I tried to set up remote assistance with a friend. I followed the
instructions,but my E-mail didn't go through. I have my E-mail account with
Yahoo and am using Internet Explorer. The bottleneck is in sending an
E-mail. Both of us have SBC Global broadband. Any ideas?

Try sending the assistance request using Windows Messenger: this should be
instantaneous.

By the way, there are special difficulties with Remote Assistance if the
person sending the request is behind a NAT router or a firewall. The NAT
router must have UPnP enabled, and UPnP must be working with Windows.
