I wonder if it is possible to set up "Allow users to
connect remotly to this computer" item using Group Policy,
and disable active state of it.

Can you explain what you mean by "disable active state of it"?

Thank you for yuor reply.
I mean the active state of Check Box Control Component
that presents "Allow Users to connect remotely to this
computer".
It is to people can't change this item.
So is it possible to set up this by using group policy?

If you set up the GP entry, you will be unable to change this
setting....
