Not sure what version it is, but you can probably get it even cheaper off
eBay, of course with a tad more risk, longer wait and no warranty. Check out
the prices there. I think I got mine for around $15.

Btw, if you're thinking of using it for video capture, be aware of the
difference in the capture formats and which programs will work with what.

I was in the market for an inexpensive TV-tuner card and tried the WinTV-Go
($40.00, mono, no remote) but wound up going with a KWorld Terminator
($30.00 stereo, cheap remote). The WinTV software was rather better but the
tuner in the WinTV-Go did not do well with my analog cable on the lower VHF
and UHF stations. I had the same tuning problem with a Hauppauge WinTV
PVR-150. The KWorld comes with pretty primitive software but the silicon
tuner pulled in my problematic stations much better (WinDVR works OK). My
advice -- try out the WinTV with your TV signal and let that be your guide.
