VPN Status keep alive after disconnected in Task Manager

I have no experiance in VPN under Windows XP Pro SP2. Only few days ago i
setup VPN server under Windows XP Pro SP2 using the default VPN server
included in WinXP. All activities goes well, except when remote computer
disconnect the VPN connection, My task manager keep show the RAS is active,
but no data sended/received.

However, Network Connection folder in control panel show that no client
conected to the server. I have leave the system for about 3 hours and the RAS
server still appere in task manager.

There must be something wrong with it or my settings. an advices is
approciate.

Windows always does this. You need not worry about it.

Well, I hope Microsoft FIX this in next major OS since this information is
not accurate............
