I have a user that can not connect his VPN connection
with the SP2 firewall turned on. Once he turns it off the
VPN will conect fine.

He is using the built-in PPTP client in Windows XP.

Other users in the company do not have this problem and
as far as I understand by default SP2 does not block this
VPN port.

A Microsoft tech support person said I should enable all
of the services such as FTP Server, Web Server as well as
all of the ICMP services under the firewall settings. I
don't really think this is a dafe solution.

Any other ideas? Is this a known problem?
