This is a repost- I did not see it appear to the group first time.

Anyway, I am trying to use Roxio's Video Wave 7. I can capture fine,
edit fine, but have a problem when trying to burn a disk. I get
everything set up (menus, etc.). Then, when I click on burn, it seems
to hang. The progress bar shows it doing 'step 1' very rapidly. Then
it goes to step 2, and hangs. I've let it run for hours, and nothing
shows on the progress bars. It says it is 'encoding file'. I assume
this means it is converting to mpeg.

I have terminated the program with task manager, and it often says
"program waiting for user input". There is no user input that I am
aware of at this point. I thought at first it was low memory (I have
512M, and an integrated graphics chip that uses 64M of system ram.
However, I tried running the task manager performance utility that
shows a graph of memory and CPU usage, and it doesn't seem like the
memory usage is hitting the stops.
Anyone familiar with Video Wave 7 and having similar problems?
