You are using Wireless Connection because of your Sent & Received Bytes is so fast .
in Wireless Network Computer Will Send So many Broadcast Signal & also Received it ......
so your system Memory is invest in forwarding Broadcast Signal & Receiving Broadcast Signal hence your Internet Connection Work Slowly.
