I am not able to transfer a file from the PC (XP) to O2 Xda II (PPC2003) by
Bluetooth. The option "receive all incoming beams" is active.

Provided your PC is equipped with Bluetooth (dongle, card, USB pen, etc.)
All you have to do is turn Bluetooth on, on both the PC and PPC.
On the PC, find the file(s) you wish to send, right-click your
selection and choose 'Send To', there should be a Bluetooth option
available in the list.
These are the steps I take when I send files from my laptop to
my PPC, using a Sitecom Bluetooth CF card.. recently Sitecom changed
the Bluetooth stack they used over to Widcomm, and now it integrates
with Windows XP. I'm not quite sure if your particular setup also
applies to the same picture of Right-click, Send to..

Hello Ace,

I have tried the action before, however I still get the message "could not
connect to the remote device".
I am able to transfer the other way around (PPC -> PC).

Is your PC asking for confirmation to initiate transfer, or password?
Also, you might check to see if the Bluetooth services (on the PC)
you need are enabled..
