I have been using WinAVI to convert video files to DVD format. I use
Nero to burn and would use it to encode as well but it takes forever.
The videos I encode using WinAVI have audio and video. I go to burn
them using Nero and Nero tells me it is missing a dolby digital plugin.
Since the videos are already encoded I go ahead anyway, but once
finished, the videos on the disc have no audio, only video. I can
understand the absence of the plugin prevents enhancements but why does
it remove the audio? Can anyone shed some light on this?
