Is there anyone who uses WinAVI to convert video files to DVD format
and Nero to burn the results? I am trying to synchronise the video
settings of the two, so NERO will not re-encode. eg: I encode with
WinAVI for a bit rate of 128kps, and with Nero you have to enter it a
different way. Can anyone who has done this successfully specify what
those settings are?

(It's complicated by the fact that Nero keeps asking me to buy a Dolby
Digital Plugin, but it shouldn't matter because I've already encoded
them with audio.)
