Why not make a comedy video by putting the sound out of sync.

Someone talking on the phone while the phone is ringing or answering
the phone before it has rang.
A dog braking before it's mouth moves.
A ball hitting the ground before someone drops it.
etc

just a thought :=)

There is (was?) an "attraction" at Disney World (at the Disney
MGM Studio theme park IIRC) where members of the audience
could do Foley for a short (~5 minute) film. Since we get to
see it only once before trying it, the mismatch between the SFX
and the picture is pretty hilarious to the audience (and embarasing
to the hapless people trying to do the sounds).

Funny you should say that sound out of sync is a big issue with video
editors and it is considered a horrible bug. Easy to create hard to get rid
of.

Sounds like some of those poorly over-dubbed martial arts movies from the
70's. The Japanese master moves his mouth and a beat later a staccato voice
speaking English says the line.

If you put that sound out of sync at certain parts of the video, then
it would be watchable for more than a minute.

It worked for director Ed Wood :=)
