Hello Folks,

I have a very simple question, maybe>>>

I am sitting at a windows XP Pro PC trying to connect via Remote Desktop on
to a W2K Server Box.
The fire wall peeps have asured me that Port 3389 TCP is open. I have
allowed the admin account on the W2K server to accept dial-in.

I can not seem to get a connection. Is there anything else i need to do
server or client end to acheive this connection?

Plz note, i have no trouble connection to another W23 server on a different
Domain via this method!!

Any help and assistance appreciated. :0

you need terminal services running on windows 2000 server, this may have
being stoppped, you may also want to verify that the windows 2000 server is
not running ISA Server firewall
