Panasonic 3CCD MiniDV cameras and PAL/NTSC support

Hello,

I'm looking at getting one of the new small 3CCD models from Panasonic -
either the PV-GS200 or the PV-GS400.
I live in the US so I'll probably get an NTSC version, but I'm wondering if
those are capable of digitally playing back PAL recroded tapes through the
firewire port.
