with windows 98 there was a little app with the driver that would let
you set the default resolution, compression ratio, etc. how are things
like that set in windows xp? it's for use with a program called
fullscreentv. it's currently set at 384 x 576, and obviously looks
blocky because of that.

stations are broadcast in 1960s style mono on dab digital radio,
a system that is supposedly "the future of radio".
