Avid OMF DV25 file format?

Avid Express DV uses a proprietary file format called OMF DV25.

Does anyone know if it will import any other generic DV25 file formats
like, say .dv (raw DV) from another system?

OMF is not a DV25 file format. It's an edit data interchange format
introduced by Avid Technology in 1990.
Basic translation: it's their edit list. It allows you to create an edit
decision list on Express DV and then bring that same list to one of Avid's
high-end suites and enhance it further using expensive tools.
