Need help with Server

Hi, I recently got a server for myself. It's IP address is
67.18.51.235:27015 and 32 slot players with really good bandwidth, average
about 30 to 80 ping, all over the world.

Anyhow... my question is... and I'm sure a lot of you have had this problem
too, though it might not be from an admin's perspective, but all the same.
The problem I have with the server is with maps that requires .WAD files.

example: when my sever starts loading a map with WAD file, my computer, and
many other people's computer, will have a WAD FATAL crash. My solution to
my own problem... copy the WAD file into my CZERO folder on my computer.

but... obviously no one has the time of the day to explain to every single
person that joins the server. Is there a way where I can copy the wad file
to a certain folder on my server so that EVERYONE is able to download it and
play it no matter where their WAD files are in their computer?
