The DSR-11 is great but Mine has developed a problem. It will randomly stop
during play and start to rewind - like it came to the end of the tape. If I
press "stop" and then "play" it will play through the problem region with no
problems. This happens about every 20 to 30 minutes or so.

Any clues what is happening or how to fix?

Mine works fine, but the on and off button is hard to press and I have to
use the remote, I wonder if Sony is aware of this??
