Remote Assistance Page not Available

I am trying to figure out how to use the remote assistance feature but
whenever I click on it all I can get is a window that will open and it says
page not available. I have it enabled on my computer to use remote
assistance. What else do I need to do to get it to work.

I am using windows XP with service pack 2. When I tried to open remote
assistance I go Start-All programs-PC HElp and Tools-Remote Assistance. The
window that open is Help and Support Center Compaq but the box in the middle
said Page cannot be opened.
