Hi there . . .
Just wondering if some of you could name a few programs that will edit mpeg2
wihtout having to re-encode the entire file (other than effects,
transitions, etc). Thanks!

Adobe's Premiere Pro with MainConcept's MPEG-Pro plugin, Pegasys-inc's
MPEG-Editor, Vitec's Video Clip MPEG-2 Pro and Womble's Mpeg-VCR all
seem to do this.
