Help, Encore project switch to PAL from NTSC

I have created a DVD project inside Adobe Encore. It is a full length
65 min project. What I want to do now is save this project as an
image file but want to switch the format to PAL.

When I stared the project, Encore asked me which format I want. I
chose NTSC because that is what I needed. Now I have some European
friends that want a copy.

Is there a way to tell Encore to save the IMG file as PAL even though
it started out as a NTSC setting? Lotta work putting all the many
pieces together and getting it to work, I don't want to start from
scratch again just for a PAL format.
