Jogging keyboard for video

I am using Pinnacle Studio 8 for editing and am about to upgrade to
Adobe Premier.
Can anyone recommend a video editing keyboard that isn't junk with a
jog wheel that will work with both programs ?
Or should I just get one specifically for Premier (would the
features be any better than a generic one that you program the keys for
the particular editor ?) If the only real difference between a video
editing keyboard specific to one editing software package and a generic
one is that with a generic you have to paste on key labels, that's no
big deal- especially if I could use it initially for Studio 8 and then
Premier as I learn Premier.
And what's a good source for buying one ? Are the Bella ones junk,
or is there a level above them I should consider.
