Thanks all for your replies.
I simply color keyed it, with a feather, and then masked out any other
little issues, I am looking for a grainy rough look anyhow.
So I exported animation compressor rgb+alpha, and got my alpha mov, as
anticipated, just wish the files I was supplied with were a bit more
well lit, or equaly lit rather.
So my flying girl and walking girl scenes should work now.

So thanks again. I shall do more research per further questions.

I don't use the software you're using, so I'm not familiar with what
you're saying above.
What is in the place of the bluescreen background?
Like I said, you can't have *nothing* there; what did you replace it
with?

For some reason "Big Bill" has gotten it into his head that having an alpha
channel is somehow going to produce a better output than using chroma key.
At least that's the impression I get. Each is doing the same job in the long
run. I guess Bill likes to do extra work for nothing.

Sorry, but I don't see where this came from.
I didn't say I was doing anything; I asked for clarification.
Do you have any, or are you content to pretend to be able to read for
comprehension?
