Remote desktop from home to work + missing stuff

Online I saw that the Remote-tab on My Computer -->properties exists off 2
parts.
On my PC it has only one part, stating that one can access my pc for remote
help, the other part is missing, any idea why? Is it only available in some
versions of XP???

And then, I have an Router (Linksys BEFSR41 V2) and I can't seem to find how
to get my Remote Desktop to work.
Can someone help me on where I should do what?
I'm dutch-speaking, maybe It's because I missinterpret the sentences that I
do things wrong?

Only Windows XP Professional (and supersets) have remote desktop
capabilities.
Windows XP Home only has Remote Assistance..
