Acer aspire one notebook reboot

Hello,
My Acer AspireOns froze, my son was online and didn't do a proper shut down. I tried to reset my system and now the only thing Ican get into is the Setup utility. Ican't even get into safe mode, wht do I do.

Alt-F10 at Acer logo will allow you to do a full factory reinstall from recovery partition.
What you'll get is a machine as if it just came out of the box.
You will loose any personal files etc.
Also, if you do this, create a set of recovery DVD's, if the hdd fails out of warrenty, Acer will not supply setup DVD's free.
