Does your system include a restore disk or a regular Windows 7 boot disk?

If so, you might be able to boot from that disk and perform a Repair. That should solve most boot related issues.

Please clarify. Good luck!

Alt-F10 at Acer logo will allow you to do a full factory reinstall from recovery partition.

What you'll get is a machine as if it just came out of the box.

You will loose any personal files etc.

Also, if you do this, create a set of recovery DVD's, if the hdd fails out of warrenty, Acer will not supply setup DVD's free.
