I've got a Panasonic camcorder with DV Studio 1.3 on XP.

I connect the camcoder using the USB cable. I can't find a way to
save the video's from the camcoder onto my pc.

I am trying using DV Studio 1.3 that came with the camera but for some
reason I can only get stills from the camera.

Please help!

Most camcorders do only still (and maybe low-res, "web-cam"
video) on the USB port. To get full-frame, full-speed video you
most likely need to use Firewire.

(PS: It is extraordinarily helpful to actually identify the
model of equipment you are asking about.)

DV studio used to be stills only, I haven't seen it recently though.

Use Firewire, not USB for video capture - XP has a built in video editor
that will do the capture for you.
