I have just purchased a Canopus Twinpact100 and I am convinced something is
wrong. I have been onto Canopus UK support but the quality of help I'm
getting is lamentable. When I use the zoom feature of the Twinpact to select
an area of the screen I am getting severe distortions of the image. Canopus
support tell me this normal but I cannot believe this. Surely a gadget
costing almost 400GB pounds shouldn't be doing this. Perhaps a slight degree
of image distortion would be understandable, but my Twinpact is displaying
crazy rubbish.
I figured the only way I am going to get to the bottom of this is to compare
my Twinpact with someone elses. That way I will know.
At http://www.tonyspcrepairs.com/canopus there are screenshots of what my
Twinpact is doing. If you have a Twinpact100, could you please take a look?
if you do the same steps as I've done does your Twinpact produce the same
results as mine?
Thanks for any help.
