NetMeeting autolaunch

I'd like to be able to start a netmeeting with a few clients automatically.
I see that I can set auto launch in background, but Im unable to auto start
host a meeting with a share enabled. Is this possible or do i have to use a
third party remote control software like PCAnywhere.
