Remote desktop configuration help needed

I am looking for someone who can help me with my remote desktop. I am using
it from my home to check on sales and update things at my place of business.
The issue i am having is that my employees use my computer and have the
ability to just quickly log back on thereby kicking me off my remote
connection. I would like to prohibit them from doing this. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
