Howdy

Using a XP SP1 machine, using WME session, and set the decklink card to
PAL, but everytime we close the WME (and save of course) and open it
again, its reverted to NTSC. Upgraded drivers to latest version from
Decklink, no affect. I have a feeling that the encoder also uses some
sort of profile but had trouble with the documentation around this. I
found some .pcx files, could these be over-riding the WME settings for
input format?

Decklink is a PCI digital video IN card. We are getting signal, but
because it thinks its NTSC, its dropping the bottom quarter or so of
the stream.

I would appreciate any help in this matter as it has been driving us
nuts for days. None of us are particularly well-versed in this stuff.
The encoder is instantiated in a VB.NET program eventually, but at the
moment, we are testing with just the WME and it still reverts to NTSC
every time.

Thanks in advance,
Steven Nagy
