Windows Media Encoder - Reverts to NTSC

Hi all

Using WME session and trying to configure digital IN card (Decklink) to
PAL, and WME does not seem to save it as PAL, reverting it to NTSC
every time. Decklink card has its latest drivers. Any idea how to make
the WME save with the PAL setting?
Could this be a hardware issue? I've also read about profiles but can't
seem to find which one maps to my encoder session.
