Unable to connect to local printer when connecte Terminal ..

We have a remote office with a few W2K computers. The users connect to one of
our local servers using a VPN, and run a database application using terminal
services. The users are able to connect and print to printers that are
connected to their local machines. The problem is that we have recently
installed a couple of XPP boxes, and the users are unable to print to their
local printers. They can't even find them! They receive a network path error.

I'm thinking that there is some simple setup parameter that I missed.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
