Is there a (simple) program to reverse the field order in a MPEG2
file? Without to having to re-encode the whole file?
I know I can do this with TMPGEnc, but it will degrade too much and
take too long.
I looking for a program that changes the MPEG2 header perhaps?

Thanks.

Will.

Restream will ONLY change the indicator flag on the video header. It
will not actually swap the fields.

I have confirmed this with the program's author.
