I am attempting to use Remote Desktop to connect to a Windows 2003 server
running terminal services from a Windows XP SP2 machine. I have set up a
new user account on the server and made the user a member of the Remote
Users group. However, when I try to connect the server takes my logon but
the remote session does not display the desktop and instead displays a blank
blue screen. I can connect if I use the administrator username and password
and everything works fine. Any ideas on what I am not doing when I setup
the new user would be greatly appreciated.
