I found a way to get any version of Windows 7 upgrade disk to act as a full version. So this means that you can install it on a Virgin untouched Hard drive without having to install a previous version. And save money too I might add since your upgrade media will act as a full version. AS A NOTE: WHEN YOU INSTALL AND ASKS FOR THE SERIAL. DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING AND KEEP BLANK. Registry hack
Open regedit.exe with Start Menu Search and navigate to:
Change MediaBootInstall from "1" to "0". (Double-click it and then enter 0 in the dialog that appears.)
Close RegEdit.
Open the Start Menu again and type cmd in Start Menu search to display a shortcut to the Command Line utility. Right-click this shortcut and choose "Run as administrator." Handle the UAC prompt.
In the command line window, type: slmgr /rearm
Then tap ENTER and wait for the "Command completed successfully" dialog.
Then, close the command line window and reboot. When Windows 7 reboots, run the Activate Windows utility, type in your product key and activate windows.
If it works, you're all set. You're done. Congratulations.

Just a fair warning, since the post doesn't contain one.
This breaks the end term user agreement (modifying copyrighted software), thus if you tell Microsoft they have the right to blacklist your key permanently as well as filing a lawsuit against you (impractical to sue you but it is a right). It is also illegal in the USA (copyrights). I am fairly sure the risk of them finding out whether by you telling them or them using a "update" is fairly slim. However you have been warned.
