Intervideo Windvd recorder 5 Platinum question

I have been testing the program during the trial and it has been the
best to download directly to mpeg2 but the problem has been the
scheduler. It doesn't work. I tried to contact the vendors but can't
unless you buy the product, you get nothing. Has anyone tried the
program and got the schedule to work? Thanks in advance
