As I understand it, a lot of movies today are shot digitally. I've also seen
things that I later found out were shot on video that to me had the look
that I associate with film. I've always had the perception that video tape,
even professional video like TV news broadcasts and sitcoms that were shot
on video like All In The Family, just has a certain look to it.

So, how do they make digital and certain video look like film?
