How to clear the list of recently-accessed RDC hosts?

If I fire up the RDC I get the "Computer" dropdown with a list
of hosts which I have connected to recently. How do I clear this
list - it's full of machines which no longer exist and which get
in the way. Also, is there a way of sorting it?

Thanks. I did search both Google and Microsoft's site but
obviously I didn't get the search phrase just right!
