Far Cry benchmark !!!

I tried to use Bench em All to benchmark Far Cry. I opened it, selected Far Cry, and told the program where the FarCry.exe was. When I try to run the benchmark, I get an error. I have the demo, do I need the full version to benchmark? How can I tell how many FPS I am getting?

Download FRAPS <A HREF="http://www.fraps.com" target="_new">here</A>, and run it while playing. If you watch it you should get a pretty good idea what your average FPS are.

there is a command line to type in when playing the game... I have it written down at home... it was the same line people were using for the demo... the game then gives you fps as well as other info you do not need...
