Hello,

Sorry if I'm in the wrong place but I'm sure someone will correct me.

I have regular contact with a friend and normally there is no problem
opening his attachments. THere are a few recent ones with the file
(suffix).pps which I understand to be Power Point. I've had a look at the
downloads site for opening these files but cannot work out what download I
need.

Any advice please.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for your help but I now feel a little bi foolish about it. What I had
forgotten was that as I have never used Power Point at a recent reload of
Office Pro I marked it to be left out. Of course, as soon as I corrected this
everything was fine.

Very grateful, sorry to have wasted your time.
