Hello,
Have a client (accountant) who is quite successfully using Remote Desktop
and a Sonic Wall security appliance to connect to one of their clients and
do the books, including printing invoices and cheques locally.

The one thing that we know has changed is that recently, a second SonicWall
appliance was added at my client's location. They still access their remote
site in exactly the same way.

Now it seems that the local printers are no longer available, and the "use
local printers" doesn't work at all. I've added local printers and they
don't become available. The original default printer has been removed
(it's being replaced due to failure) and the new default does not appear in
the Remote Desktop. This is the case for three systems at this location:
local printers, whether located physically on LPT1 or on the local network
and redirected, are not available in Remote Desktop.

Anyone have any idea why this would stop working?

Thanks,
Patrick Keenan
