recording c-span tv program that comes over on the internet?

Using my computer which has access to the internet and REAL PLAYER I am
able to watch a Senate hearing on C-Span (both audio & video).

My question is: Is it possible to save the Senate Hearing onto my
computer's hard drive for later transfer to a dvd disk?

I have access to Windows Media Player, Real Player, Apple Quick Time,
etc., but I don't know if any of these have this capability.
