Micro ATX screw locations

Are the screw locations standard for Micro ATX boards? I need to replace the
mainboard in my parents Compaq and the way they have the case designed , the
screw locations need to be exactly the same. Thanks for any help.

....how do you know that that Compaq case follows the mATX standard?

The board in the Compaq is just a repackage of the FIC AZ31 which is a Micro
ATX board. I have had an AZ31 installed in this case. Thanks for the info.
