Hello everybody,
My Jetway 9BXAN mainboard refuses to detect my new ASUS WL-138g
802.11g/54 Mbps PCI WLAN adapter. The mainboard is based on an Intel
440BX chipset. I found a discussion on Swedish forum about this WLAN
adapter in combination with 440BX:
http://www.tbg.nu/cgi-bin/news_sho [...] 767&id=10. The solution that is mentioned there is to reset CMOS and turn on Plug
and Play OS in BIOS. This solutions supposedly works on a
Gigabyte mainboard (GA-6BXE).
However, I tried this and serveral different settings (each time first
resetting my CMOS) with my Jetway mainboard, but without success. Can
anyone suggest a possible solution? Who can tell me what BIOS settings
are most relevant in this case? All help is appreciated!
