Hello all! Our IT dept would very much like to use this option but cannot.

Scenario:
-Windows 2000 AD w/ Group Policy
-Windows XP w/ SP2
All related services are started and GPO items with correct permissions etc
are all good. Rebooted machine in safe mode and ran sessmgr.exe -service,
created policy for local sec policy in Domain policy for DCOM and created a
"Remote Help" group with permission to connect to remote pc's. I am an
administrator/domain admin so perms should not be an issue. New errors that
popped up yesterday include:

Remote Assistance will be disabled. Restart the computer in safe mode and
type the following text at the command prompt: sessmgr.exe -service. If the
problem persists, contact Microsoft Product Support.

If you check the internet there are no sources (including Microsoft) that
explain what these events are!!!!! Also, users cannot send invitaions
either! Any help would be GREAT!
