Foxconn Don't recognize Sempron 2400

No Foxconn group yet so posting here.

If I set fsb to 333 bios recognizes the processor but halts with
chksum error. Updated bios but no help.

I know it's a cheap mb but building system for someone else who
already purchased the parts.

System: MB Foxconn 600a01-6lrs
AMD Sempron 2400
PQI3200-512SBH

Any help would be welcome.
