The Hung & Breathless?????

Is anybody else tired of the "The Hung & Breathless" BS that's seems to be happening on this forum?????? I've never seen this forum lower than it is right now... A moderator, qoop, & a bunch of other dogs following her around.... I see that most here, don't have a life & won't...

DH, I thought better of you than I have seen lately......

Nothing worng with me Man... If i wanted to watch a soap opera, I'd turn on the TV...... Forum is frigged up... If you don't see that... well, [shrug]

Sorry RC, but it's only been a handfull of us chatting during the day and it's been pretty funny taking the piss out of everyone and messing around. The other topics have been limited lately. I'm a moderator but this section is free to do what it wants as long as there's no hatred or bigotry as far as I'm concerned. If you're having an issue about people sidetracking a thread with it then just say so. People are generally good enough to try and get things back on track for a while.

A thread! It's every damn thread on the forum. I noticed when I made the comment the middle of one of these about the bitch in heat and the pack of dogs around her everybody ignored it and it didn't get one comment!

Hell you can cut the crap in here with a knife. There's a total attitude of one better than you on the forum. It use to be that even though you might take some good natured ribbing we would always help each other.

Used to be even if people got P. O'd at each other it was usually over a silly political debate in the next time they met each other in a different thread you would never have known.

I gotta be honest here. I had no idea anyone was pissed off. From my point of view almost everyone has been jumping in from Pat, Riser, Auburn, Rob, Tom, Pickxx, Me, Wingy, Bombed, Qoop etc. It's really tough to tell if others are upset when 10 people or more are jumping in on it all the time. It was just honest fun. I don't think anyone intended to upset others.

I was just having a good time. It's been dead at work and the forum has made my day go by fast.

Well, from the people I've been talking to, there's more than myself having issues with what's going on.....

You said yourself the other day that we need to attract new people... I've seen this forum go dead most of the weekend now, & the weekend used to be the the big days around here..... What's going on here during the week is supposed to attract new people????

I made the Dog observation early on and figured everyone got the message but because I was being a bit of a sarcastic bastard they weren't commenting to sort of give me some slack (which I gladly accepted).

But this is only part of it. There is a split in the camp where everything is changing here on the "other". The argue and still be friends part of the forum seems to be deteriorating badly.

The forum has basically been non-stop all day long. There have been probably 10 people posting in it. I would like more but I can hardly call it dead. People missing are scamtron, eden, wusy, and mozz (sort of).

It feels like we have a forum mother that needs to approve of all the going on, on every forum... You were never on as much as you have been since you've become moderator..... You have a comment for every thread like it needs your approval....

RC, I'm not religious. I'm wasn't raised in a prude family. I am very very open about sex. So that poll doesn't really phase me. It was more for shock value than anything. Over 20 people voted. We've had worse.

Me posting a lot doesn't have anything to do with me being a moderator. I posted a lot before too. Thus the 30,000 posts. My previous job had 11 hour shifts and about 8 of them were dead. My job now is slow with the holidays coming up.

Well DH, if you've got nothing to hide, tell Mozz that you release from his promise he made to you... What do you have to hide over that?????

I'm one of those that had fun this week in these forum during the day. I was home, I had no work because it is a quiet period. Today, it was cold outside and I had nothing really usefull to do outside. So, while working at my computer, I had great time with DH and qoop. Maybe we should have started a new thread, something like: "If you have nothig useless to say, but want to kill some time, jump in". But anyway, the day went fast. Then some other jumped in, some quit.

There is one thing that anybody should understand. Nobody is forced to click on a link. You do it, you live with. I was sorting my pictures. I posted about help for an app. I now got it, so should we delete that thread to prevent it from being hijacked with some dark humor? I don't think so. If it has too, let it be.

This afternoon, me, dh and qoop said thing about each other that I hope they havnt took personnaly. I did not take any offences from dh or qoop bitching at me.

I don't take offence from your post too. You have freedom of thought and speech, just as anyone here. This is a public forum. And by no means I expect it to be serious. Not that it cannot be, because it was sometime. But for now, I don't have anything serious to tell.. I'm going to work tomorrow. I won't be posting all day long. Maybe I will come up tomorrow night with some interesting stories to tell. Maybe I will just be gooffing aroung and start messing with the other in a messed thread. Maybe nothing will catch my attention and keep me here..

You're here as much as anybody, so I guess you had some other reasoning for that, although I can't imagine what.

Doesn't seem that much different around here to me, but could just be me, although it doesn't appear that way, based on other responses. As far as I go, hey, I'll tell ya the last two months have been crazier and crazier by the day at work. Freakin nuts lately, and I'm really looking forward to a few days off and a stress relief weekend. So I've been having fun cutting up with the other folks here in good humor when I really can't with the jackasses I work with. Just one form of a vent, is all.

And if you've been talking with others that much, who don't like it (apparently in PMs or e-mails, I'm guessing), maybe it would be beneficial to mention it in a milder manner earlier, instead of keeping it behind the scenes so much and letting it get pent up until you have to let fly like this thread.

Honestly, you're the one that was talking about earning respect in another thread. But to go off here and accuse "most" of not having a life the way you did, just generalizing and throwing it out there, without having the guts to say who or a real reason why that would stand up to much, doesn't really earn you much respect, either.

Don't mean any offense by any means with any of this, just calling it like I see it. Myself, (and sue me or say what you want if I'm way off) I think maybe you just tipped back a good few today and let fly too quick in a way that you wouldn't have otherwise if you'd slept on it or something.

Seriously, though, if you and whichever folks have really been that bothered for so long, say something milder and earlier, without accusing "most" folks here of not having a life any more than you, because there's really no apparent basis for a comment like that.
