Using the shield

How do I kill using the shield? I have to kill two terrorists and can't
figure out how to do it.

Sounds like your playing CZ?

Right click moves the shield over your body to protect you, then click it
once again to move it away so you can shoot (with the left mouse button.)

You throw it at your enemies like a big frizbee, it decapitates them.
