I heard that this CPU is multiplier locked. Can I run it full speed with my
KT7 (non A, 1.0) using 12,5 (20) multiplier and 100 bus?

I believe its locked at *15. So you'll get 3/4 speed. It's designed for a
133MHz FSB.
You could then try overclocking FSB.

If it's locked, you can't change the multiplier, so it would be 15xFSB. If
it's unlocked, it should boot at 20xFSB (2000MHz). I could get my FSB up
to 116MHz using FSB Add in bios, so 15x116=whatever.
