Hey i recently have come by a problem on my computer, i really don't know how to perfectly describe it but it seems like my PC is lagging. Example i open up Firefox and it freezes then unfreezes then freezes and so forth ove and over for like 15 20 seconds or when i load up anything its like my PC boggs down and gets all sluggish, i checked for viruses and it came up clean with 4 scans from bitdefender and kaspersky so idk whats wrong.
here is my setup...
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53GHz Wolfdale 45nm Technology
RAM: 4.0GB A-Data Technology Dual Channel DDR2 @ 400MHz 5-5-5-18
MoBo: EVGA nForce 750i SLI (Socket 775)
GFX: 2x nVidia GTS 250 GeForce 2304 MB (Zotac International) *Not in SLI mode*
Hdd: 320 Western Digital WDC
** All Drivers are up-to-date

Open up Task Manager and keep an eye on it while you are going about your normal tasks. Windows 7 has a very nice Resource Monitor feature that will show you if a particular process/application is using abnormal amounts of CPU/RAM/HDD time.
