Is it useful to defrag 1 partition that is spread between 2 disks in a
RAID0 config...

Hi, defrag would help raid array too just like a defrag on a single drive
does.

yes. it is useful just like it would be on a normal drive because the data
can get spread all around the raid 0 partition just like it can on a normal
partition.
